Packet Pick-up:
Pre-race packet pick-up will be offered for participants on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Location: AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley (8600 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212)

If you are not able to pick-up your packet, someone else can pick it up for you. There will be a limited last minute bib pick-up on race morning near the start line. This race morning bib pick-up is ONLY for extenuating circumstances.

Shuttle Buses:
There is very limited parking at both the Marathon and Half Marathon starts. We highly recommend Marathon and Half Marathon runners take the shuttle bus from downtown to the their designated start lines. Shuttle tickets can be purchased with your registration ($8). Shuttle buses will drop off right next to the start line. Shuttle buses are only available before the race start. There are no shuttle buses available after the race. Shuttle buses will be boarded at the Washington Lot near the Ice age playground in Riverfront Park. The trip takes about 30 minutes from downtown to the start lines. Please do not arrive late. You will arrive at your start line a little early so please plan your clothing and nutrition accordingly.

This is located in the parking lot owned by Riverfront Park.

Parking:
Finish Line, 10K, 5K: Plenty of street parking is available in the downtown area. Paid parking is also available in the convention center parking garage

Half Marathon Start Line: Parking is available in business parking lots near start line. There are no shuttle buses available after the race.

5:30am - Marathon Early Start
7:00am - Marathon
8:00am - Half Marathon
8:00am - 10K
8:15am - 5K
11:00am - Kids Fun Run

Cutoff Times:
Marathon: Runners are required to finish in 6 hours (before 1:00pm). This assumes a Marathon runner averages roughly an 13:40 min per mile pace. If you plan to finish in over 6 hours, sign up for the Early Start option.

Marathon - Early Start: Runners are required to finish in 7 hours 30 minutes (before 1:00pm). This assumes a Marathon runner averages roughly an 17:10 min per mile pace. If you plan to finish in under 5 hours 30 minutes, DO NOT sign up for the Early Start option as road crossings and aid stations will not be available at the earlier times if you are running a 12:30 min per mile or faster pace.

Gear Check:
Gear check will be available for ALL runners at each start line location. Marathon and Half Marathon gear check will be transported to the Finish Line location after the race starts. Half marathon runners will be able to access their gear beginning at 10:30am. In an effort to reduce waste, we ask runners to please bring your own bag to put your belongings in. We will provide a tyvek hospital type wrist band to label your bag with your bib number. You will need your bib number showing when you drop off and pick-up your bag. Gear check is only available for athletes wearing bib numbers.

Aid Stations / Nutrition:
Aid Stations will be equipped water and electrolyte fill stations, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. Water will be provided at the starting line.

Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups and bottles in an effort to reduce garbage on course. Although we will still have cups available at aid stations, we ask runners to help us reduce waste by running with their own reusable cups and bottles.

A limited supply of First Aid will be located at all Aid Stations on each course, and at the Finish Line.

Marathon: There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

Half Marathon: There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

10K: There will be TWO Aid Stations located along the course.

5K: There will be ONE Aid Station located near the turnaround.

There will be toilets at every aid station along the course.

Runner Safety:
This event takes place on city roads and sidewalks. There will be law enforcement or flaggers to help runners cross roads, but please be alert when you are running and pay attention to course officials at all crossings. Any runner using headphones should make sure their have only one headphone in their ear, or use bone conduction headphones.

Awards:
Awards will be distributed for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall for Male and Female for each distance. Age group awards will also be provided for 1st place in age groups. Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

If you are not able to stay for your award, they can be shipped to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Finish Area:
The finish line will have water, electrolytes, snacks, and food. Swag will be available to purchase. Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in the start / finish area.

Virtual:
The Virtual Run sign up is available between August 21, 2024 - May 18, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between May 16 - 25, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (May 18, 2025).
